Our Programs

At Equal Balance Fitness

  • We offer a variety of programs to meet your specific needs and schedule.
  • Our program has modifications for all fitness levels. When you join in you will never be left behind.
  • Benchmark Fitness Assessments, goal setting and optional weigh in and measurements can be done at any time. We do recommend if you are just getting started that you do an assessment, so you can see your improvements as you progress.
  • We also offer nutritional guidance and journaling.
  • Classes vary in length from 45, 60 to 75 minutes and run Monday thru Saturday.
