Are you looking to take your fitness to the next level, need to get over that plateau? Come out and push yourself past that traditional 60 minute bootcamp. During these fast 75 minutes you will work on endurance, strength training, toning and flexibility. This program gives you an all-over body workout.

This 6 week program is designed for those who have always wanted to try a bootcamp, but didn't think it was for them. This is a great program to help you jumpstart your fitness lifestyle. 3x week, for 6 weeks. During these 6 weeks you will be provided with an initial weigh in and have your measurements taken (both optional, but recommended), as well as a fitness assessment and nutritional guidance. This 75 minute class will include cardio & strength training as well as core work and a cool down (stretching).
Times and Location: Monday/Wednesday 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am (rotating locations, outdoors)
